I have been unable to setup my wi-fi connection to my printer. I continuously  receive the error code 0XB90CB23A. The only way to continue from this code is to restart my printer and turn off the wi-fi on switch.  In setting up my wi-fi the setup wizard takes me to the wi-fi password screen but before I can enter my password the error code appears.

I understand that you are getting an 0XB90CB23A error, I am glad to assist you.

You might have to perform a semi-full reset on the printer to fix this issue.

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.  

I am sending you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.
