I haver received an HP Email saying my Printer is not connected to the Internet. How do I connect i?

Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have received an HP Email stating my Printer is not connected to the Internet.  I have tried to speak to a HP Tech Rep but impossible.

 

How do I get the Printer back on the Internet?

Hi,

Please make sure the latest firmware is installed for your printer, see the Download printer firmware from the HP website (Windows) section:

Also, please print and evaluate both a Wireless Test Report and a Web Access Test Report, the Web Access Test Report will be wither within the Wireless menu Reports sub menu, if it cannot be found there go to Setup > Reports from the main Setup menu:

Does any of the reports show any warning or attention information printed?
