Error messages that it cannot print - however - it is printing some docs but not any from my Edge docs... I am connected by HDMI cable. I am being told there is no issue but there is and I am completely stumped!

I see that you are facing an issue with your printer.
Are you able to make a copy on the printer standalone? (Place an original document on the scanner glass and make a copy to confirm hardware is working fine)
To understand the issue and help you, please share the details listed below:
- Are you getting that error on the printer or on the printer application?
- May I know which application you are using to print?
- When was the last time your printer was working fine?
- Were there any changes made to your printer recently?
- May I know which devices are you using to print eg: Windows PC, Mac, or Smartphone (Android or iPhone)?
Note: Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

Hi, I appreciate your help and advice. My brother in law, who builds computers, had a look at it yesterday and he came to the conclusion there's a fault on the panel which connects to the Wi-Fi.
Therefore, I've purchased a new Epson printer and will give this one to my church, as it still prints through the USB lead. I've been trying to close my account and cancel my ink subscription, but I think it might be easier to climb the Matterhorn. Every which way I try, I fail. I'd appreciate your assistance in that. The VA is a total waste of my time, not comprehending my questions😔
