Product: HP Photosmart 7520

I can connect to my Wi-Fi with the printer I can print from my phone or laptop to the printer but I cannot use any of the apps on the printers to print things it keeps saying unable to connect to web service confirm internet access and try again or enter a proxy address

Printer introduced in 2012

 

"Printables" were discontinued years ago.

 

Print Apps Notice > June-October 2016 > HP Printers - HP Printables and HP Printables Mobile App Retirement

 

I would guess that some of what I remember used to be part of the "printables" could be found on the Web - calendars, crossword puzzles, that sort of thing.

When the website support page opens, Select (as available) a Category > Topic > Subtopic
