Microsoft Windows 11

I have an HP 2755e All-in-one Printer that will not print.  When I try to print from my laptop, it keeps saying it's offline and I need a driver.

I'm NOT an expert with computers, but I've spent 2 hours now trying to figure things out.  HELP.

The printer probably woke up from sleep and the router / modem gave it a new IP address. It may even be on a different Wi-Fi band. All your other devices have the old IP address. There are several ways to fix this but the easiest is to print directly to the printer and not use the router.

Watch this video to see how to reset your printer: 2700.

you have 2 hours to do the setup after you reset the printer.

Wi-Fi Direct can be used to avoid configuring the router. Watch this: 2700
Wi-Fi Direct is explained on page 24 of the User Manual, this Wi-Fi setup avoids configuring the router.

Full function printer drivers can be downloaded here: 2700

let me know if it works.
