Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
Since you performed a factory reset on the HP OfficeJet Pro 8025, it disconnected from your HP Instant Ink account. To reconnect your printer and restore your Instant Ink service, just sign back into your HP account using the HP Smart app or at hpinstantink.com. Once you're signed in, you can re-add your printer and bring it back online.
