Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

I updated the software on my MacBook Air and I have deleted my printer HP Envy 6234 and I cannot reinstall it. Its not on the list and I need help please

@Lorna89, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

 

I understand you would like to install the printer on the Mac.

 

There are 2 ways to install the printer.

Using the HP Smart app or using the Airprint driver.

 

How is the printer and Mac connected?

Before installing, make sure both the devices are connected to each other.

 

You may download the HP Smart app from the App Store.

 

For assistance with AirPrint, refer to - Add a printer on Mac
