Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 All-in-One Printer

I no longer can print to my network printer from my laptop . But I can from my apple phone. It seemed to start after upgrading to Windows 11 Pro.  Also when I check printer queue I see the printer is in a "Unknown status"
