I seem to have lost the connection between my PC and printer. Printing ANY file no longer works.

I have the same problem as the above.  My printer, HP desk jet 2755.  I have tried all of the suggestions without success.  Also, I thought I was connected to Hp help two nights ago and was scammed  out of $250.  Nothing changed.  I was reimbursed by my bank.  The person who sent me to the scammers was and Hp  employee.  I cannot find a solution.  My WiFi , Spectrum will not connect to my printer. Or the printer will not connect to the Spectrum WiFi.  I can't print anything but Hp troubleshooter.  I can't get help that works from Hp and I don't know where to go from here.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Let's reset the Printer's network settings: Press the Wireless button ( ) and the Cancel button ( ) from the printer control panel at the same time, and then hold them for three seconds.

 

Once done try connecting the Printer to the Wi-Fi.
