It sounds like your printer lost its connection after setting up your new iPhone. Just to clarify, is the printer not working only from your iPhone, or is it also not printing from your Mac or other devices?
If the issue is with AirPrint on your iPhone, try forgetting and reconnecting to the WiFi network, then restart both the printer and your phone. If the printer isn’t working on any device, it might have lost its network connection—running the Wireless Setup on the printer should help reconnect it.
