Common problems for Connectivity Issues
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about Printer Wi-Fi, Connectivity Issues and Offline Status. Check out this link: HP printer is offline or unavailable.
HP Recommended
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The serial number on this 25 year-old LJ4000TN printer is NLEV140947 - but HP website refuses to recognise it.

I've had to move the printer from one network to another.  The printer's old IP address was 192.0.0.12, but the new network will only issue IP addresses in the range 192.168.1.x-xxx.  The printer settings on the laptop correctly see the network address allocated to the printer (192.168.1.10) but a printout of the printer's JetDirect configuration confirms that it still thinks it is on the old network (old IP address) and won't accept the IP address issued by the DHCP on the new network.

HP Support has been useless - no way to contact anyone without the product serial number and their website won't recognise the product serial number.

Any help much appreciated!
