HP Recommended

Hello. My mom's printer (HP LASERJET PRO MFP 4102) keeps notifying her that the IP address is not connected. I believe this is the root of the problem because this is the only notification that the printer has. She keeps restarting it whenever it doesn't function right like not scanning or scanning but not transforming the phosical document into a digital one. If someone could help me connect the IP address or knows how to solve the issue please let me know. Thank you!
