Impossible de connecter mon imprimante au réseau sans fil

Bonjour,

je n'arrive plus à connecter mon imprimante HP OFFICEJET 4620 (N° SERIE CN27J230G3) au réseau sans fil, le message d'erreur suivant apparaît : "les communications sans fil ont été désactivées. Veuillez contacter l'administrateur réseau ou la personne ayant configuré l'imprimante".

Information Système : WINDOWS 10 PRO 64 BITS
