Impresora se Apaga al Imprimir desde un Celular

Compre hace poco una impresora HP LaserJet Pro 3103fdw, al imprimir desde USB no tiene problema, pero al usar la función de imprimir desde un dispositivo móvil sea desde la App Hp o directamente desde el teléfono, está a la mitad del proceso o al enviar el archivo, se apaga, con cualquier archivo que se manda, se pone la pantalla azul y ha arrojado 2 errores el B8000000 y el B80B8710. La Actualice y el problema persiste, la apague y desconecte de internet para volver a hacerlo y aún sigue el problema. Si bien puedo imprimir desde USB para imprimir por ambas caras necesito hacerlo desde la App ya que la tenemos en un lugar donde no hay PC
