Inability to connect to wireless internet

I recently changed internet service providers. I reset the printer to factory default settings and still can’t get the printer to connect. I’ve unplugged both the printer and router and still no results. The WiFi light continually blinks. I ran a wireless network test report and it shows wireless is working but it fails to connect.

There is no connection to the printer from the router.  I've contact my ISP and it's not a router problem.  All other devices are connected fine.  How do I get this printer connected?

Is your Wi-Fi on 2.4 or 5 Ghz?
