Product: HP Laser Jet Professional P 1102w
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to install an HP Laser Jet Printer from HP Smart. The HP Smart program can see the printer and indicates that it is online but everytime I try to install it asks for the printer to be turned on and refuses to install. The printer can be accessed without proplems from another Win 10 PC on the network

HP Recommended

P1102w is too old printer model to be supported in HP Smart. The HP Smart recognizes the printer but it can support it.
