Hi, just a update on Instant Ink my account Status (Synced with your printer) I've notice you do not have to keep clicking on "Refresh" Button, I've found if you leave this status page open it will Synced with your printer without you doing anything, this happen to me several times over this weekend (2 times yesterday). I think it got something to do with HP checking my used pages counts. This can take 4 - 5 hours before this happens (If you switch your printer off like I do).

Try these.

Leave your Status page open

Leave your printer on

and of cause leave your computer on

the above means during the day I turn all off at night.

After 2 hours or so you can also press F5 on the keyboard to Refresh the screen to update plan pages. I found this out Yesterday (16-02-2021)
