I understand how frustrating it can be to face issues with both connecting to the internet and realigning your printer after changing the cartridge. Let’s narrow down the problem together.

 

  • For the internet connection issue, is the printer connected via Wi-Fi or Ethernet, and have you recently changed your network or router settings?
  • Are you receiving any error messages or specific codes when trying to connect to the internet?
  • Regarding the alignment issue, did you insert the cartridge correctly, and is it an official cartridge compatible with your printer model?
  • Have you already tried running the printer’s alignment process from the control panel or the HP software? If so, what happened?

 

May I have the exact name and product number of the unit? Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
