Hi @ASHMZIZ,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To change the email address associated with your HP printer's ePrint service, follow these steps:

Step 1: Access HP Connected

  1. Visit HP Connected:
    • Go to HP Connected and log in with your HP account credentials. If you don't have an account, you can create one.

Step 2: Manage Your Printer

  1. Locate Your Printer:
    • Once logged in, find the printer that you want to change the email address for. This will be listed under your account.

Step 3: Change the Printer Email Address

Printer Settings:

  • Select your printer from the list.
  • Go to the "Settings" or "Manage" section for that printer.

Change Email Address:

  • Look for an option to change the printer's email address. This might be under a section labeled "ePrint Address" or similar.
  • Enter the desired email address and save the changes. Note that you may need to verify if the new email address is available and not already in use by another printer.

Step 4: Verify the Change

  1. Check Email Confirmation:
    • HP may send a confirmation email to the new address to verify the change.
    • Follow any instructions in the email to complete the process.

Step 5: Update ePrint Settings

  1. Update ePrint Apps:
    • If you use any apps or services that send documents to your printer via email, make sure to update them with the new email address.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
