Product: iphone 11 pro mac
Operating System: iOS

I have hp sprocket original and new iphone 11 pro mac and trying hook up printer and application is unavailable for this phone may not be supported is this true?  Bluetooth connected hooked up to router could not find printer.  Very frustration and have the latest hp application available.

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are unable to connect the Sprocket to your iPhone.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
