@Steve3720, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

If your HP ENVY 6052e All-in-One Printer is not connecting, follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue:

Ensure Printer Power and Network Setup:

  • Make sure the printer is plugged in and turned on.
  • Verify that the wireless feature is enabled on the printer.
  • Confirm that your network is working, and the printer is within range of your Wi-Fi router.

Use the HP Smart App for Setup:

  • Download and install the HP Smart app from 123.hp.com or your app store.
  • Open the app, create an account or sign in, and follow the prompts to set up the printer.

Check Printer and Network Settings:

  • Make sure the printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your computer or mobile device.
  • Verify the network settings on the printer’s control panel or by accessing its Embedded Web Server (EWS) through the printer’s IP address.

Reset Network Settings:

  • Restore the printer’s default network settings using either the HP Smart app or EWS. Navigate to Advanced Settings and choose to restore factory defaults.

Reconnect to Wi-Fi:

  • After resetting, reconnect the printer to your Wi-Fi network using the HP Smart app or by manually entering the network details through the printer’s control panel.

Update Printer Firmware:

  • Ensure that the printer’s firmware is up-to-date by checking for updates either through the HP Smart app or the printer settings.

Driver and Software Installation:

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
