Product: HP Officejet Pro 8620 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

My issue started this morning when i disconnected my Taipan modem from my Office Jet Pro and started installing my new Sagemcom modem from Vodafone. It's 5G blah, blah, blah. For some reason, i cannot connect my Office Jet Pro to my new modem. Wondering if they are compatible. Chatting on the phone for just over 3.5 hrs with Vodafone techs who cannot understand why they won't work together wirelessly. All other things in our home connected very well.

Would anyone have any offers of guidance or help please ?
