I am trying to print, but the app made me sign up in my account again, which I did. Now it is making me wait, and it has already been an hour. How do I speed the process or fix it?

Be Aware:

HP Smart Mobile / Mac / iOS version updated several days back.

HP Smart Windows updated (on my machine) 12-Apr-2021.

 

Idea...

 

If you have not already done so,

Try / Consider

Stop the application on each device (Mac / iOS / Windows)

Use the steps for that device and its Operating System to uninstall HP Smart application

Restart your device

"Get" a new copy of the application from the appropriate "apps" store for your Operating System.

 

Try the sign-in steps.

Which device first?

Doesn't matter, though, you could install / start the Mac / Mobile apps version(s) first.
