I previously had my printer set up and connected via my HP Smart app on my phone. I recently switched to a new WiFi network and cannot seem to move the printer onto it... 

 

Following website instructions, I have tried to 'Add a new printer' through the HP Smart app and it just doesn't find the printer. 

 

When that wasn't  working, I have also tried to set it up via my laptop as a WiFi direct printer and that won't connect either.

 

Any help would be much appreciated

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Let's reset the Printer's network settings: Press the Wireless button ( ) and the Cancel button ( ) from the printer control panel at the same time, and then hold them for three seconds.

 

Once done try connecting the Printer to the Wi-Fi.
