@Flpndkr, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP OfficeJet 801 printer is no longer visible for wireless printing on Windows 11, it could be due to several reasons, including network issues, driver problems, or printer settings. Here's a step-by-step guide to troubleshoot:

Confirm Printer Is Connected to Wi-Fi

  • On the printer’s control panel, go to Wireless Settings or Network Setup.
  • Make sure it is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your Windows 11 PC.
  • You can print a Network Configuration Page from the printer to verify the connection.

Restart All Devices

  • Turn off the printer, PC, and router.
  • Wait for 30 seconds, then turn them back on.
  • This often resolves temporary connectivity issues.

Run HP Print and Scan Doctor (For Windows)

Even though you mentioned wireless printing isn’t working, this tool helps:

Download HP Print and Scan Doctor

Run the tool, select your printer, and let it diagnose and fix connection issues.

 Reinstall the Printer

  • Go to Settings > Bluetooth & Devices > Printers & Scanners.
  • Remove your HP printer if listed.
  • Click “Add a printer or scanner” and wait for it to appear.
  • If it doesn’t, click “The printer I want isn’t listed”, then choose Add a printer using a TCP/IP address and enter the IP address (found on the printer's network info page).

Check Firewall/Security Software

  • Sometimes firewalls block printer discovery:
  • Temporarily disable firewall or antivirus software and check if the printer appears.
  • If it does, add an exception for your printer.

Make Sure Network Is Private

  • Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Wi-Fi > Properties.
  • Make sure the network is set to Private, not Public.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
