Just changed my internet service provider but do not know how to change info with printer

OK here goes.  My printer is not connected to the internet

I recently changed my internet supplier

How do I change my printer to the new set up

Ive tried everything

Hi @JMC481 

Press and hold the Wireless button  and the Cancel button (X)  from the printer control panel together for 3 seconds. Then open HP Smart, click on the + icon to add the printer again.

My printer connection is asking for an 8 digit number off the back of my router but there isn't one.

Whats a security number.

Sorry should have said Ive just changed over from Sky to Virgin Media so my Printer doesnt recognize the wi fi.
