I ran through all the instructions as listed and after a bit of a problem getting the software to run the printer worked.
I thought it was not going to work as the installation software stated that it could not get a network connection, but the printer worked anyway.
good job!

As I said, I went through your instructions as stated and the printer worked yesterday.
However, today Saturday the 6th Feb, I switched on in the morning as usual and tried to print but no joy, when I sent the print the printer appeared to be online but the print queue immediately said print error.
I ran the trouble shooter which said that it had fixed the print problem, but it still did not work.
Thank you,

I am still having no printing from my HP Pavilion laptop but I can print from an ipad.
I have tried various times with Print and Scan Doc with no success. I get "Driver unavailable" or a "Failed to communicate".
I can send a document to the printer and all that happens is an error reported in the print queue.
Yesterday when I shutdown the laptop, the printer started to print a document which had been sent as a test page, but it was not complete.
