I purchased this new printer a month back and happened to configure only now. I'm unable to setup Wi-Fi - Followed the steps many times, but could not setup successfully.
In my home, I have a Netgear router which is dual band and they are secured with password. I tried with security turned-off as well, but it did not work.
Finally downloaded printer doc from HP and it could also not resolve the problem. When chatting with friends they said the router name should be changed without hyphens and some are asking to change the IP.....everyone is not clear. Need some help to resolve this otherwise, the necessity to invest this big money has gone waste!!
