I can't print anything from either my laptop or my desktop. I can do an internal test page, but nothing else. No real test page, no document, nothing. I keep getting an error message "Error printing."
I have downlaoded all the latest drivers. I am trying to print over the network. I have used the HP Print Doctor and that couldn't help me at all.
Exactly the same problem here. I've downloaded and deleted the full program and drivers repeatedly with no success at all.
Pain in the neck!!! Might be the last straw re my supplier
