I bought the printer HP LaserJet MFP M28w a few days ago.
I chose this model as I wanted to use the printer wirelessly only. With the smartphone it works perfectly.
While with the PC I can not print.
In fact, after installing the printer software and related drivers, I have tried several times to print a document wirelessly from the PC but each time an error message appeared.
Therefore I tried to connect the printer to the PC using the USB cable, I found that 2 icons were created in the "Windows printers" folder respectively called:
- NPI00C0D4 (HP LaserJet MFP M28w)   [wireless]
- HP LaserJet MFP M28-M31   [usb]
Printing works only with the usb cable, while in wireless mode it does not work. Only the scan works.
How can I do? Can you help me?
