Hi, I've recently changed my wifi network and now my printer is unable to connect to the wifi. I have tried resetting the settings and using the HP Smart app to try to connect to the resented printer but the printer is not getting detected on my app. Do let me know how to resolve thanks.

Make sure, your printer and your device are on the same network as 2.4GHZ only.

Update the firmware by selecting the current OS: Click here
