Product: Officejet Pro 6830
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Please Help Me!!!! I am not able to use my printer! I get a message that my printer can't be found. I've tried to access the Web Services Icon but there is a lock icon next to it. I have several locked icons on my screen. I would like to access the Embedded Web Services but the IP address is incorrect. Do I need to reconfigure my printer in order for it to work properly? Thanking anyone, in advance.
