Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Need phone number for help desk.  Just got a new internet modem and printer is now on lockscreen.  I cannot restore or resent printer as it is locked.  No suggestions that I have found seem to work.  Need phone number to talk to an actual person.

I understand you're experiencing an issue with connecting your printer to a new network.

Are you able to make a copy on the printer standalone? (Place an original document on the scanner glass and make a copy to confirm hardware is working fine)

 

To understand the issue and help you, please share the details listed below:

 

- Exact model number/product number(SKU number) of your HP Product (Click herefor information on how to find the model number/product number).

- May I know which application are you using to print?

- May I know which devices are you using to print eg: Windows PC, Mac, or Smartphone (Android or iPhone)?

 

Note: Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
