Product: deskjet 3630
Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

I upgraded our Wifi and now my deskjet 3630 won't connect.  I tried to set printer back to original settings by unplugging and disconnecting but nothing works.  At my wits end.   I tried to download HP Smart for desktop but it just buffers.  Do you know if there is any chat help out there.   Thanks in advance

Hi,

Try following below steps to reset the network settings and then reconfigure the printer via HP Smart:

https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_1780623-1698506-16

 

The Wireless and Cancel buttons option is the one applicable for your printer.

 

May you able to reconnect the printer using HP Smart?
