Problem that I have with an HP 77650 MFP printer, I have it with a customer and can't manage to access it from another network via vpn from a server on another network, I can add the printer from the other subnet and it does not take print jobs, it is connected via wds, the print job just disappears, to research (other hp in network also via wds) I come to the conclusion that the printer seems to be wiegert the commands from other subnets, the other hp does et fine.

Can you indicate what I have to look at can't find settings in the printer that should allow or refuse other subnet, the firewall function on the printer is off, see that I can set syslog just don't know if I can see why the print job is not accepted,

Please advise what I should look at or how to solve this
