Common problems for Connectivity Issues

MY HP 1212nfMFP All in one Printer is going in a loop "Initialize... tor two days. Does not completes the initialization to start printing.. Prints blank pages. All the time, it has been connected to USB cable and port in HP Desktop. I am trying to get it to work as a Network printer with Wi-Fi connection. It started once, after connecting to the Network, but stopped. I restarted both computer and the printer while connecting with USB cable. It goes on "Initialize..." loop. Later I disconnected the USB cable and connected to the Wi-Fi router with ethernet cable, Printer went dead. Unplugged the power cable, left it for 5 min and plugged back again, no results.

How can I get this printer working?

I'd like to help!

 

We can perform a factory defaults on the printer to resolve the issue

 

  • The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
  • I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
