Memory Full on Laser Jet Pro CM1415 MFP

Laser Jet Pro CM1415 MFP
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am receiving an error message that my memory is low on my Laser Jet Screen and it cancels my print job.  The correct it tells me is to hit ok and turn the machine off and back on.  I have done that and continue to have the same issue.  Can you tell me how to clear the memory?
