Cannot reset my password for MGPM29W wireless printer.  I have iphone with iOS 16.4.1 64 bit.  I have had printer for 4 years. Changed internet provider a month ago.  Cannot print or update printer password

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

I understand that you are getting printer connectivity issues, I am glad to assist you.

You might have to perform a semi-full reset on the printer to fix this issue.

The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.  

I am sending you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.

And then follow the steps mentioned in this document to set up the printer using the HP Smart app:- Click here
