macOS 10.15 Catalina

I see the question has been answered before for Windows, but I can't find instructions for a Mac.

(I have updated the software/drivers from the printer.  That worked for about 10 minutes.)

I must unplug and replug my printer before each job.  I'm usually given a file corrupt error, even though the files are fine and I've tested lots of files.  Same error and the same files will print after unplugging and replugging.

I run Mac OS 10.15.

I was told by support a while ago that it's a network issue, but that doesn't make sense given that I can get it working if I unplug it before the job.

Any help is appreciated!
