My DeskJet 4100e does not connect to the wifi network

Suddenly my printer is off line (deskjet 4100e). While trying to reconnect the printer to my home wifi network, I enter the security code , but it does not work ! btw : of course this is the correct security code as it works fine for the computer (windows 10 latest version, firefox browser latest version too) from which I am sending this message, and all devices are within a 2 meter radius from the wifi base. What can I do ? Many thanks for your help

thank you for this fast answer. I will look into it. However I need to suppress my printer form the app : this was the suggestion of the vrtual help service. I first suppressed my printer from my account. then I will do what is shown on your video. However I do not see where I can suppress the printer from the app...;can you help ? Thanks

and now i cannot add my printer on my account on the portal HP SMart. But I sort-of managed to do it on the app itself. I am on the verge of being lost. I cannot understand why I am speding my whole day on this

At minute 1:50 it says "enter the wifi password'...I have been doing this since early this morning, and now I did it again but the printer does not recognize the password ! So I am still stuck !

Sorry to disturb you again : now I can print documents. And I do not know why, and this is what worries me now . For six hours the printer did not want to work, and now it does. If I did not understand the problem, it may arise again, and maybe at a moment when I will need it dearly. The problem is half solved.
