Product: HP Envy 4520
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan

My HP 4520 no longer prints unless I restart my router - every single print job.  This is a recent issue, up until now it's worked perfectly for several years.  

The printer shows it is connected to my router, so that isn't the issue.  Rebooting the laptop doesn't help.  Only restarting the router works.  

I'd like to know if this is solvable or if I need to get a new printer.  Thanks!
