My new HP 6030 connects to my network and I believe has (briefly) connected to the web server to enable Instant Ink. However, each time I log onto my Instant Ink account contact to the printer fails. The wireless network test results page states "No problems found". However, Internet is showing as Not Connected. The URL for the EWS from the HP Network Configuration Page times out when I try to launch it.
I am no expert. I am a simpleton home user and I just want my brand new printer to work as intended.
My laptop is connected to the same network and, whilst I fully acknowledge that Talk Talk's wifi services are not fit for purpose being flaky beyond imagining, at the moment it's working. So why is my printer struggling?
