My HP DeskJet printer worked fine for 1 year. Today, it showed "OFFLINE" and I was unable to print. I went through all trouble shooting steps for fixing/diagnosis, nothing worked. I then deleted the printer from Control Panel and tried to add a printer using the HP Smart App. The printer cannot be found. I printed the wireless information for the printer. It all looks good, connected to my wireless network, no error messages or flashing indications. The wireless Network Test listed as an ATTENTION: More than one access point/wireless router has been found that matches your wireless network name (SSID). If this is not intended, change your wireless network to a unique name. I don't know about this, the wireless name is set from AT&T, my wireless provider. What am I missing? How to resolve this issue, that just started.

Additional information. I tried to disconnect the printer from my WIFI and searched for printers in the HP Smart App. I manually set up the printer to connect to my WIFI. That worked said it found the printer, but in the final set up for the printer, I got an error code: EBS00P0004. Does this help fix my problem.
