HP Photosmart e-All-in-One Printer - D110a

My HP Photosmart D110 wireless printer recognizes my modem network name, but does not recognize my passcode. I have confirmed my passcodes accuracy, double and triple checked and tried to key it in multiple times, unplugged and re-plugged my modem and the printer, but every time I do, I get the same error message: "your passcode is invalid and unrecognized". I went online and found that several other people have had the exact same problem--even created a new passcode--and haven't found a solution. It is frustrating that there is a connection between the printer and the modem, but that final little step of connecting the printer to WiFi that will allow wireless printing has eluded me...so far.  PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU HAVE A FIX FOR THIS!

Hi @Patricia710,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

A wireless network password or PIN is often required to connect a printer or other type of wireless device to your Wi-Fi network.

Look for the wireless network password on the router provided by your Internet Service Provider (ISP).

Find the product label on your router, typically located on the bottom or side.

Locating the router label

Look for the password underneath or next to the Wireless Network Name or SSID. It might be labeled as Wireless Security Key/Password, Wi-Fi Password, Network Password, or Network Key.

Locating the wireless password

If you cannot find the password or the password does not work, check any paperwork that came with the router or contact your ISP for additional help.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
