Product: HP DeskJet 2752 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My print solving solution:

Printer was showing itself as a router with a SSID.

Printer showed offline in devices and printers.

I deleted the printer from devices and printers in control panel.
I deleted in C: from the HP folder everything.
I re-installed it in devices and printers.
I went to hp drivers on the internet and ran print and scan doctor,
and HP smart. This fixed this problem for me. I hope it will fix
it for you.
I did not have to make any changes directly myself the programs took
care of it.
