We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about Printer Wi-Fi, Connectivity Issues and Offline Status. Check out this link: HP printer is offline or unavailable.

My HP Pavilion laptop has stopped printing to my HP 4500 Printer. It will send a message to print a test page and it will print,  but it will not send a message to print a copy of an email. I get a return that "Print Failed". My laptop will send messages to print to my Epson XP440. I have tried updating HP drivers on my laptop. I have removed the printer from my laptop and reinstalled it. I have made the HP printer default and removed it as default. I can print from my iPhone 12 and I can print from my desktop unit, a Dell Inspiron. What do I do now?

Thanks. You can contact me

I understand that you are not able to print your E-mail, I am glad to assist you.

  • Which browser are you using to print an E-mail?
  • May I know if you tried using another browser?
  • Is it just one particular E-mail you are not able to print?

Reply with the requested information for further assistance.
