Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

The office Jet 4650 has been shut down by you . I can no longer print . Why? I had no notifications. I had a trial for free ink which was resolved 7 months ago.  I recieved no bill or any statement as to what i am to do. Now i am shut off again.  Please help me to get going.
