Product: HP Envy 6055

HP envy 6055 printer is saying it’s offline. I see the WiFi Signal is on the printer and lit up. And it won’t print

In order that I may provide you with an accurate solution, I will need a few more details and I would appreciate if you could, perhaps elaborate on your concern.

 

  • Are you able to make a copy?
  • What is the operating system you are using?
  • Is the wireless light on the printer is blinking or steady?
  • Does your router support dual-band?
  • Have you performed any troubleshooting steps before posting?
