Hi @Jeff476

Welcome to the HP support community.

I understand you're experiencing an issue with your HP printer , and I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I'm here to help you today.

You may try restoring printer back , click here

Troubleshooting Tips:

  • Wi-Fi Password Issue: If you're having trouble entering the Wi-Fi password, make sure you're using the correct case and any special characters. It's easy to mistype it, especially on a small printer screen or when entering the password manually.
  • Printer Not Found on Network: If the printer still isn’t showing up on your network after resetting, ensure that your Wi-Fi router is working correctly and that the printer is within range of the router.
  • Check Printer’s IP Address: If the printer is connected but still not responding, check if it's receiving a valid IP address. You can do this by printing a Network Configuration Page.

I hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Please click “Accepted Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.
