My laserjet color printer M255dw won't print from the internet. Also, there is an update and it will not download.

@Natalie287, Welcome to HP Support Community!

To be able to assist you better, I would like to know the following:

  • Are you able to print the saved documents from the computer?
  • Are you able to scan from the computer or the printer?
  • Is there any error message when you try to print off the internet?
  • Is there any antivirus/internet security software installed on your computer? If yes, disable and try printing.

Meanwhile, ensure that the printer is up to date with its firmware and Mac is up to date with its software. If you are unsure you may use the links below to update the printer firmware and Mac software:

Try printing.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
